However, if our socks aren't the perfect match for you, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process.

Starting a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email Apolla at [FILTERED] to begin the process. You will receive a response within three business days with questions to determine if an exchange is suitable before proceeding to a return.

  2. Return Portal: If an exchange isn't possible, you will receive a link to our return portal to obtain a return label.

  3. Refund Policy: Refunds are valid within 90 days of the delivery date. We require the socks to be shipped back to process the refund, which will be applied once the socks are received at our fulfillment center.

  4. Free Returns and Exchanges: We offer free return shipping labels, which you can download and print. Please note, we do not provide paper labels, and you are responsible for printing them. For printing assistance, visit this resource.

  5. Shipping Instructions: Use the original envelope and include the socks with their original packaging or invoice for proper identification. If you no longer have the original envelope, you will need to purchase another bubble mailer, but the shipping cost will be covered by us.

Important Considerations

  • Manufacturing Defects: We will return any products with manufacturing defects and exchange products due to sizing issues.
  • Exchanges: Items can be exchanged for an item of equal or lesser value. If exchanged for a lesser value, we will refund the difference. For a higher value exchange, an invoice for the difference will be sent.
  • Refund Method: All refunds will be issued according to the original payment method. Please allow 7-15 business days for processing once the socks are received.
  • Retail Purchases: Our Apolla Promise only applies to products purchased directly from Apolla. For items bought at a retailer, please refer to the retailer's return policy.
  • Convention Purchases: Items purchased in person at conventions or tradeshows must be returned or exchanged by the end of that weekend. Sales are final after the weekend, and the product must be unworn.
